From the 2nd December and for all collections after this date you need to put your bin as near the the street as possible. If you don't do this your bin may not be collected.
The bin must be within your garden and not on the pavement.
The Council is providing a special assisted bin collection service for residents who are unable to move their bins out to be collected. This service is only available if you have a disability or a health condition. If you think you need assistance please call 020 8937 5050.
Why is this happening? It will make the collection of waste more efficient and quicker.
